Slow reform hampering European businesses

European companies are suffering because of the European Union’s stymied economic reform agenda, according to a new survey of business leaders.

The poll of more than 130 European chief executives, carried out by the Conference Board, an international business grouping, highlighted concerns about business flexibility and the culture of entrepreneurship as particular concerns within the EU.
