House price inflation has slowed from the summer’s double digit rate of growth to its lowest rate this year, the Financial Times house price index showed on Friday.

In November, house prices were 9.1 per cent higher than a year earlier, a fall in the inflation rate from 9.4 per cent in October and a highs of 10.2 per cent in August.
