Mexicans riled by threats to ditch trade accord

Mexico does not get much more Mexican than Las 30-30, a cantina in the traditional neighbourhood of La Roma in the nation’s capital.

At lunchtime, which runs from about 3pm, the place gradually fills with low- ranking civil servants, secretaries and the odd construction worker, all of whom instinctively order tequila as a prelude to a long and boozy lunch.
