North and South Korea to resume reunions

North and South Korea on Friday agreed to resume reunion events in September for families split by civil war more than half a century ago, the latest in a string of gestures toward improving ties.

The event will include about 100 families and take place at Mount Kumgang, site of a cross-border tourism project that the two sides agreed recently to resuscitate.
