US Senate bid to seal ‘London loophole’

When the US Congress flexes its muscles over the way foreign markets are run and operated, it is time to be concerned about “regulatory creep”.

Late on Thursday, five senior US senators – including Dick Durbin, Senate majority whip – introduced the “Close the London Loophole Act”.
