FRC moots reform of all boards

Reforms designed to address the failures in banking governance during the financial crisis could be applied to all UK listed companies next year following a far-reaching review of the UK’s combined code.

After Sir David Walker’s review of banking governance this month, the Financial Reporting Council, which oversees the UK’s Combined Code of governance, is consulting on possible reforms to the governance of all UK companies.
