Seasonal flu vaccines for the developing world could be squeezed out by a surge in orders for pandemic doses from richer countries, the chief executive of Sanofi-Aventis, the world’s largest vaccine maker, warned on Wednesday.

Chris Viehabcher cautioned that demand for vaccines would far outstrip supply.
