Professor Herminia Ibarra is the Cora Chaired Professor of Leadership and Learning and Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Insead, a business school with campuses in Fontainebleau, France, and Singapore, as well as centres in Israel and Abu Dhabi.

She directs The Leadership Transition, an Insead executive course designed for managers moving into broader leadership roles. She is also the author of Working Identity: Unconventional Strategies for Reinventing Your Career, a book analysing mid-career change.
