SpinVox, the troubled voice-to-text messaging company, is up for sale, according to one of its minor investors.

Invesco Perpetual revealed in a filing earlier this week that it had written down its investment in the company by 90 per cent, but hoped for the valuation to be increased if the company achieved a good sale price.
