Kleppiere, the French property group, sold €700m of 10-year bonds on Tuesday to take European issuance in the first two months of the year to €21.2bn, a 50 per cent increase from the same period last year.

The bond was priced to yield 70 basis points above mid-swap rates, at the tight end of the 70-75bp price guidance. BNP Paribas, HSBC and RBS were the lead-managers.
