Cameron raises stakes in Labour donor row

David Cameron on Tuesday increased the political stakes in the row over Labour’s failure to disclose the identity of one of its wealthiest donors, on Tuesday accusing the government of ”indifference to the law”.

The Conservative leader used his address to the CBI annual conference to try to capitalise on the terrible last 10 days suffered by Gordon Brown, accusing the government of being ”on the rocks,” weak and prone to sleaze.
