ShineReveille, a division of Elizabeth Murdoch’s television company, has formed a new partnership with Media Rights Capital, a Goldman Sachs-backed television and film group, in a move that creates the largest international distributor of independently produced TV content.

The deal brings together companies responsible for a vast array of content and represents a direct challenge to the dominance of Hollywood studios and TV networks, which control most international TV distribution.
