KPMG Restructuring, administrator to Coffee Republic, is planning to complete the sale of the coffee bar and deli chain by the end of next week.

Richard Hill of KPMG said he hoped to sell the brand, the company-operated outlets and the franchise operation. “The phone has been ringing from interested parties, including some well-known names,” he said, with the most interest coming from existing coffee bar operators.
