Wall Street is mistaken if it perceives a turnaround in the US housing market, says Stephen Lewis at Monument Securities.

The S&P Case-Shiller index of home prices in twenty US metropolitan areas fell by 2.2 per cent between January and February this year, according to data released this week, he notes.
