The ongoing need for electricity in countries as far apart as Chile, Uganda and Bangladesh is providing a cushion for Aggreko, the power generator rental company.

Aggreko’s strongest-performing division has been its International Power Projects business, which provides long-term power generation capacity to countries without sufficient installed power plant capacity. Aggreko supplies just under half of Uganda’s electricity and also supplies power to Bangladesh and Kenya.
