India ‘has evidence’ of Pakistan bomb link

India promised on Sunday to provide evidence to support its sensational claim that Pakistan’s intelligence service was directly involved with bombings in Mumbai that killed 207 people in July.

Mumbai investigators said on Saturday that Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence agency used Lashkar-e-Tayyaba, a Pakistan-based militant Islamist group, to carry out the attacks, with the help of the Students Islamic Movement of India, a banned group in India.
