Bay Trading, the clothing chain owned by the Alexon Group, has been bought out of administration by family members of a rival fashion group – but the majority of its stores are expected to be closed.

Members of the Loomba family, which own the Rinku Group, bought the womenswear chain for an undisclosed sum.
