Seven Bank up 24% on listing

Seven Bank rose 24 per cent on its market listing on Friday in the biggest initial public offering in Japan since October.

The Y52bn ($500m) IPO bucked a difficult market environment. Shares were priced at the top end of its offering range at Y140,000 and rose to Y174,000.
