France Telecom and Orascom Telecom remained at odds on Wednesday over the future of ECMS, Egypt’s leading mobile phone operator that they jointly control.

Orascom Telecom claimed France Telecom had missed a deadline of Wednesday for concluding a deal that would give control of ECMS to France’s leading telecoms company.
