Mobility diary: Focus on SMEs will widen their mobile choices

Small and medium enterprises constitute a mobility paradox: they make up the majority of businesses – 99 per cent of enterprises in Europe, according to a survey from pollster Mori – but are elusive when operators try to sell to them.

“Part of the market wants choice; and another wants simplicity,” explains Martin Lyne, SME director at Orange. “The challenge is to meet both needs.”
