Under the entry for "distinguishing marks and characteristics" in Radovan Karadzic's Interpol arrest warrant there are just two words: "flamboyant behaviour".
Mr Karadzic is living up to the label. There is a spectacular cheek to his effort to live in hiding as a shaggy-bearded alternative therapist in the middle of Belgrade, just as there was an element of bloody theatricality to his brutal attempt to rewrite the history of Bosnia, much of it played out before the world's television cameras.
