Emerging market bonds fragile

Emerging market bonds are coming under growing pressure as investors shy away from riskier assets amid the wider credit market turbulence.

Investors are demanding higher risk premiums for holding the debt of emerging market governments and companies as an intensifying sell-off in other corners of the credit market pushes risk aversion to new heights.
