Medical problems pose travel insurance headache

I am a 47-year-old man wanting travel insurance for three trips a year to Thailand. I had a heart bypass when I was 35, having been diagnosed with an under-active thyroid. I have also had high blood pressure for more than five years and had angioplasty in January this year. I take a range of medication.

It is difficult to find an insurer who will cover all these conditions at a reasonable cost.
