BA struggles to escape T5 twilight zone

For the first time since its catastrophic opening more than a week ago, all flights are expected to take off as scheduled from Heathrow’s new Terminal 5 on Saturday.

But an examination of what went so very wrong, so very fast, points to the potential for even worse problems ahead when British Airways moves its long-haul flights there from Terminal 4 in three weeks’ time.
