Heather Rabbatts has been around the block a few times before joining the Duke of Westminster's Grosvenor board.

A former Bank of England director, her lengthy CV includes being on the board of Cross London Rail Link, chairman of Shed Media, and a director and adviser to Millwall football club. That's not to mention the UK Film Council and the Royal Opera House boards, and 13 years running the London boroughs of Fulham, Lambeth and Merton, plus past roles as a BBC and LSE governor.
