Top Wolfowitz aide steps down

Kevin Kellems, one of Paul Wolfowitz’s closest aides, announced on Monday that he is resigning from the World Bank, saying he could no longer be effective in his job.

Mr Kellems told the FT “in the current environment surrounding the leadership of the World Bank group it is very difficult to be effective in helping to advance the mission of the institution.”
