Turnround specialists eye Woolies bid

The administrators of Woolworths have sent information on the bankrupt high street retailer to a number of potential financial and trade buyers, including Endless, the Leeds-based turnround investor.

Endless, which has bought into several failed UK retailers, including The Works and Homebuy, is believed to be interested in “cherry picking” parts of Woolworths, such as its more profitable stores, or its EUK wholesale arm.
