Sir, In response to your News Digest item “FSA criticised on advice delivery” (October 21): Vince Cable, deputy leader of the Liberal Democrat party, should be interested to know that the Financial Services Authority is working hard to deliver the Money Guidance pathfinder, a service providing people with free financial guidance face-to-face, over the telephone and through the internet.
