Sir, In your editorial on Barack Obama’s first 100 days (April 30) there was much that business leaders can learn from: * Lead with “purposeful energy”. * Set a consistent tone. * Aim high. * Don’t be afraid to work simultaneously on all fronts. * Listen and show respect to all, especially those who disagree with you. * Take a global perspective. * Hire experts but take the decisions yourself. * Use the power of digital media to communicate directly. * Learn fast. * Stay grounded.
