Enterprise counts cost of breaks

Enterprise Inns says the cost of the rent concessions and beer discounts that it is offering to struggling publicans has increased by a fifth, writes Adam Jones.

Like rival Punch Taverns, Enterprise rents pubs to semi-independent publicans who run them under lease or tenancy agreements. These licensees are further tied into buying beer exclusively from Enterprise.
