Universities stumble over feedback

Students are set to step up pressure on universities to improve feedback, after the mammoth National Student Survey, published on Friday, suggested its often indifferent quality remained the sector’s Achilles’ heel.

The results reveal that at many universities and colleges fewer than half of students are satisfied with the speed and quality of feedback – which student leaders argue is a key part of their education.
