Campaign warns on postal voting fraud

A £250,000 advertising campaign warning against postal voting fraud was launched by the government yesterday. It tells applicants to safeguard their ballot papers and not hand them to anyone else.

Election officers have begun sending postal ballot papers to applicants in the run-up to the deadline for applications which closed yesterday at 5pm.
