CryptoLogic dispute erupts

The dispute between CryptoLogic and its former chief executive has erupted into public view after the software developer rejected calls by the latter for an extraordinary meeting.

Javaid Aziz, who ran the business from April 2007 to February 2008, has been trying to re-establish a foothold to control the company after his departure last year.
