CIA interrogation methods to be scrutinised

The US Department of Justice on Monday said it would examine whether the Central Intelligence Agency broke the law interrogating terrorist suspects.

A 2004 report detailing episodes of alleged abuse of prisoners by the CIA was released on Monday by the DoJ after a successful lawsuit under the Freedom of Information Act by the American Civil Liberties Union.
