Israelis lend a hand in fight against terror

Trying to detect suicide bombers among the millions of passengers that pass through western airports each day is a formidable task for any human, given the impossibility of interrogating them all.

So an Israeli company has turned to computers to improve the odds. Its system, which assesses physiological and psychological responses via scanners and sensors, will go on trial at a West Bank crossing point and a US airport, which is deliberately not being identified, this year.
