Reuben brothers give Tories nearly £200,000

The Conservative party has taken nearly £200,000 ($396,000) in donations from two billionaire brothers who made their fortune in Russian aluminium during the chaotic 1990s.

Simon and David Reuben made billions of pounds through their company TransWorld in the wild years that followed the collapse of the Soviet Union.
