Urban climbs after Bozono stake reduced

Shares in Urban Corporation rose 15 per cent yesterday on news that a key stake in the Japanese property developer held by its president Hiroyuki Bozono had fallen from 16.6 per cent to 4.03 per cent.

The stake was reduced after the shares were sold by several financial institutions to whom they had been given as collateral for loans.
