Renault executive leaves Avtovaz

Avtovaz has replaced the most senior French executive on its management board with a Russian as part of a crisis plan that could see other managers appointed by its shareholder Renault leave.

The shake-up at Russia’s largest carmaker, of which Renault owns 25 per cent, comes as the company battles falling revenues and amid signs its partnership is hitting the rocks.
