Pension funds to challenge Browne payout

Two pension funds will on Friday demand that an Alaskan court should freeze £70m ($140m) owed to Lord Browne, the outgoing chief executive of BP.

The lawsuit has been filed by Bill Lerach, a California-based lawyer, on behalf of two shareholders.
