Review widens into Boeing contracts

The Pentagon is widening its review of contracts handled by Darleen Druyun, a former senior procurement official, to cover $33bn of acquisitions.

Ms Druyun, who was sentenced to nine months in prison, admitted steering contracts towards Boeing during her nine years as the second-highest acquisitions official for the US Air Force.
