Israeli police call for Olmert's indictment

Israeli police last night recommended that Ehud Olmert, prime minister, be indicted on corruption charges in two of five probes against him.

Police investigators are advising the state prosecution to indict Mr Olmert on charges including bribery, fraud, breach of public trust and money-laundering violations, according to a police statement.
