Trading Emissions suffers as prices fall

Falling carbon prices in the first half of this year have pushed Trading Emissions into the red.

The Aim-quoted carbon trader, one of a dwindling band of pure-play carbon specialists on the junior market, recorded a pre-tax loss of £232m for the year to June 30, compared with a pre-tax profit of £194m last year.
