Demand for office space for small businesses remains strong, defying fears that the credit squeeze would damp the market, a leading property provider for the sector has claimed.

Evans Easyspace, which provides flexible office space for small and growing businesses, reported a 46 per cent increase in lettings in 2007 compared with the previous year.
