Intel resolves OLPC differences

Two rivals competing to bring laptops to children in the developing world have patched up their differences and agreed to work together.

Intel, the world's biggest chipmaker, said yesterday that the new partnership with One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) would "bring the benefits of technology to the developing world through synergy of their respective programmes".
