Full impact of squeeze ‘yet to be felt’

Central bankers outlined a package of reforms at the weekend designed to prevent a recurrence of the global financial crisis brought on by the collapse of risky US housing loans.

In an interim report endorsed by Group of Seven finance ministers meeting in Tokyo, the Financial Stability Forum warned that the full impact of the credit squeeze had yet to be felt.
