India and EU buck dumping duties trend

The use of anti-dumping duties to protect domestic producers from subsidised imports is declining but the European Union and India are bucking the global trend, according to new research.

India and the EU, the two most frequent users of anti-dumping actions so far this year, have increased the number of cases begun over the past two years; others, especially the US, have reduced them.
