Bush sends ‘heartfelt condolences’ to London

President George W. Bush, in Gleneagles, Scotland for the G8 summit, on Thursday sent “heartfelt condolences” to the people of London following the series of explosions, pledging “this war on terror goes on".

Speaking on the steps at Gleneagles, Mr Bush said: "This is an opportunity to express heartfelt condolences to the people in London, the people who lost lives. I appreciate Tony Blair's steadfast determination and strength."
