Mosley wins £60,000 in privacy case

Max Mosley, the motorsports chief, has won record damages in a privacy action against a Sunday newspaper over claims he was involved in a “sick Nazi orgy”.

Mr Justice Eady on Thursday awarded Mr Mosley £60,000 in compensation after the News of the World released photographs and video extracts of him indulging in sadomasochistic sex sessions with a group of prostitutes at a London flat in March.
