Sir, Martin Wolf ("After the arguments, the figures still justify swift climate action", November 15) gives an excellent review of the Stern report, and concludes that policymakers should try to discover the true costs of reducing the risks of climate change, by imposing a global carbon tax. But at what level should the tax be set?
