Dreaming of new political class

Italian business people have a short but sweeping wish list for the country's new government, which will be elected in just under a month: a completely new set of politicians.

In interviews and public pronouncements, entrepreneurs and industrialists voice low opinions bordering on contempt for politicians in Rome. There is little expectation that the incoming government, to succeed that of Romano Prodi, will deliver policies that help business.
